Milawa Bread 'Bring it Home'

'Bring it home’ Part 1 of Milawa Bread’s expansion into milling and growing locally their own grain.

The fact that most of the events in this short film took place at the height of the first COVID 19 lockdown, makes it even more inspiring.

Milawa Bread are a producing a product that encompasses paddock to plate and all the processes of growing food, harvesting, processing, creating and distributing.

When we talk about our local food system, this is a beautiful piece that highlights the essence of what local food is all about.

Great to see local food businesses innovating by going back to traditional skills and practices. Forward by looking backward. Other content in this series can be found on Milawa Bread Facebook page facebook.com/milawabread
