Hidden Gems

Parklands Albury Wodonga maintain a wide a varied assortment of land parcels all around Albury Wodonga. Many of them are hidden treasures, rarely visited by locals, and often times hidden in plain sight.

Like Mahers Hill, the high point on the steep ridge that runs along the western edge of Lake Hume. If you swim at Ludlows or Eden reserve, it’s the shadow from Mahers Hill that will shade you as the sun sets. And there’s a well-maintained access and track all the way to the steep summit.

This is a short video showing what amazing places are right under our noses, and the great work these organisations do to make them accessible. ‘Footsteps’ Mahers Hill parklands.
